About Index Poultry
Incorporated in the year 2000, Index commenced operations with a poultry hatching and breeder facility to cater to the growing demand of quality pullets for the promising local poultry industry.
IAIL houses a team of professionals, to run the business. The Company retains services from renowned professionals from overseas to ensure quality, consistency and disaster readiness to ward off different disease related threat that has often crippled Bangladesh livestock industry. The board, which consists of professionals with wide exposure to agriculture industry, provides policy level direction to steer the business in due course. Due to its quality of operation, the Company obtained ISO 9001:2008 certifications for poultry breeder and hatchery section.
To cater for the growing demand of the poultry sector in North Bengal, IPL was incorporated in 2006 in the Rangpur District. To maintain a healthy supply of healthy Day Old Chicks (DOC), IPL has established a breeder farm and hatchery at this location. The breeder farms are fully equipped with modern feeding and drinking systems, maintaining healthy and safe conditions for the parent stocks.
Breeder Farm & Hatchery
The breeder Farm & Hatchery is being formed to meet the growing demand of chicken in the country. Its activity is to produce and sell Day Old Chicks (DOC) from the hatchery unit and hatching eggs from the breeder production unit. An experienced and well-organized team of local poultry experts engaged full time for the smooth operation .
Located at Masterbari, Satthibari, Rangpur district, this Hatchery’s activity is to produce Day Old Chicks (DOC). An experienced and well-organized team of local poultry experts engaged full time for the smooth operation of the Company. Its Capacity is 56,000 (Female) Parent stock and Hatchery Capacity 230,000 DOC/wk.
